The team at Gelato Unou aims to provide you with high quality products (which are all made with love!) and outstanding customer care. We offer a wide range of cakes and strive to always have them in stock and supplied within the stated time frame.

Custom Cakes

Yes, we make custom cakes! Please reach out to us and we’ll take care of your special occasion. Custom cakes are made especially for you, are non-refundable and require a 5 day turn around (excluding the weekend).

Refund Policy‍

Please select carefully, as we don’t provide refunds unless it’s exceptional circumstances (or our error). If this is the situation, at our sole discretion we may offer you a credit or an exchange.

Pick Up

You have the choice of two pick up locations – Seaford or Noble Park. We endeavour to have all cakes available for pick up from both locations. In the unlikely event that we cannot arrange a pick up from your preferred location, we will let you know. The pick up location is selected during the online ordering process. The locations are: 

SEAFORD: 125A Nepean Hwy, Seaford VIC 3198

11.30 am to 10.30pm, 7 days a week

NOBLE PARK: 154-156 Browns Road (cnr Summit Road), Noble Park VIC 3174

9 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
