Our online store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your personal information is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server.

Payment Information
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace will store your credit card data. This website is created and configured with Squarespace’s SSL Certificates with 2048-bit keys and SHA-2 signatures. The failure of Gelato Unou to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Gelato Unou's rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Victorian (Australian) law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Victoria and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
