Our 3rd generation Master Gelato Chef, Piero, whose family has been crafting gelato since 1953, arrived from Sicily Italy to demonstrate what authentic artisan gelato is.

Piero creates every day gelato and sorbet with victorian dairy products, local fresh fruits. and Italian artisan pastes, full of flavour and excellent quality. From everyone’s favourite vanilla and chocolate to the most exotic traditional flavours of pistachio, zabaione, cherries and hazelnuts, there are no palates that can’t be satisfy.
